Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hello, I have a site thats existed for a few years http://www.teamwickedracing.co.nz & had impact show thumbnail on the home page & noticed a banner popup now comming up & the page refreshes itself. I have deleted the whole site except the folder that holds the images(only images in this folder) from public_html & I'm making the site again(MX Kollection Pro). Now the popup doesn't show until I put the show thumbnail SB on the page & it only shows at the beginning of the records or the first set of images, when I navigate to the next set of records it no longer happens. This is the url of the popup http://soft.tbn.ru/pcode.shtml?2836736 My google popup blocker sometimes lets it through but I don't want it & can't find any code that activates it. Has anyone else had this problem if so how do you fix it? Thanks CN

I think your site has been hacked.
The popup is from a different domain and unless you customised the thumbnail code to get images from the .ru domain it is hacked.
Check you code for your home page for some java code that you do not recognise. It might be encoded and not recognisable as java.
If you have the original page backed up, then upload that. Change your username and passwords to your server as well.

Hi Fred, thanks for the reply. The page in question is clean so it must be somewhere else on the server acting upon it, & it is only when I apply the show thumb/image SB that this popup system appears if I don't have the SB then its fine. I'll do what you said & change passwords etc.. Very odd & annoying though. Thanks again. Chris
