MX Kommerce Forum :: 'Best' alternative
This thread was displayed: 0 times
Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.
For more information about the affected products visit: www.interaktonline.com/Support/

Hello,
since the development of interakt products stopped what is the best alternative tool to develop ecommerce sites?
Are you developing such tools at Adobe or should we lookout for other third party extentions..
Somehow i don't like the Webassist extentions but i have no experiance with their product eCart.
Does anybody else?
Can you recomment me what to look, or wait for?
Thanks,
Jim

Hello,
No, we are not currently developing tools for creating e-commerce sites. For creating e-commerce sites you should look for other extensions or applications although I cannot recommend you one.

Alright, so we don't have to wait for adobe to bring out the Kommerce design toolbox...
Thanks Rasvan for your response.
Well then this question is for the other users on the forum. What are you using to build ecommerce websites or shopping carts..
Hope to hear about other options.

hello, as I do not form part of the personnel interakt I can propose to you to look at http://www.webassist.com : ecart4 product has just left.
I do not use it but that seems rather complete, perhaps will find you what you seek.
It is a pity which interakt stops its products but we can nothing there alas.
Dominique.
