Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.
For more information about the affected products visit: www.interaktonline.com/Support/

This may seem like a silly question but do I have to load all the includes files to the server each time I make changes to the site as this takes a considerable period of time. i assume it would be difficult to load individual include files as you dont necessarily know which have changed. Is there a better way to do this? Thanks.

Hello,
The safest way is to upload the entire includes directory because there are a lot of interdependent files. However, this is not required every time you edit a SB. You only need to do this when you change something in the InterAKT Control Panel, or when you add a SB that you have not added before. Also, if a file form the includes directory is missing, you will see and error in the browser when viewing the pages, so you can upload them then.
