This thread was displayed: 278 times

Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

For more information about the affected products visit: www.interaktonline.com/Support/

After upgrading to 1.8.5 of the MX Navigation Pack, I get

while executing canApplyServerBehavior in kt_AZfilter.htm, th following JavaScript error(s) occured:

At line 151 of file "C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration\Shared\InterAKT\classes\KT_RecordsetMenu.js":TypeError: allSBs[j].getParamater is not a function

I tried deleting the cache file as recommended in some previous posts.  I uninstalled the extension and reinstalled the extension, and still receive this message when trying to use any feature of the navigation pack, please advise.

Hello,

Please rename your configuration folder, located here: C:\Documents and Settings\your_user_name\Application Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration. When you rename/delete the "Configuration" folder, all the extensions are disabled from DW. You then have a clean configuration - this can be useful in many situation, as Dreamwever's .xml files could get messed up from too many extensions installations.

Also, rename the Configuration folder from here: c:\Program Files\Macromedia\Extension Manager\Configuration\. This is a similar folder, but only for the Extension Manager (and it's specific for Dreamweaver 8)

Then, start Extension Manager, let it rebuild the cache and install only MXNavigation Pack. Let us know if you still have this problem, and which type of navigation you try to apply on page.

Regards,
Florin

I followed the instructions listed above, then after attempting to have only MX Navigation Pack installed, I did an AZ set up and received the following screen.

Hello,

Ok, I have managed to duplicate this error on our servers and I've reported into into our internal bug-tracker. Our developers will try to find a fix for it as soon as possible, and we will provide you with the solution, or with a new release that fixes this issue.

Unfortunately, this will happen next week, as we don't work during weekends.

Please accept our appologies for this inconvenience.

What is the status of this issue?  I haven't heard anything further, and I really need to apply the A-Z recordset navigation to several pages.
