Hi,

I am trying to connect to a PostrgeSQL 8.0 Database using PHAKT 3.7.1 and Dreamweaver 8 on Windows XP. Database and Apache are on the same Server.

1) I dont see an option for PostgreSQL 8.X and i keep getting an "Internal Server Error" when i use the closest option, which is PostgreSQL 7.X

Is there anything else i need to install apart from the PHAKT extension?

How can i connect to PostgreSQL successfully?

Thanks

Sorry for my english...

1- download php-5.2.1-nts-Win32.zip

http://www.php.net/get/php-5.2.1-nts-Win32.zip/from/a/mirror

2- found in ext directory the "php_pgsql.dll" and install it in your apache/php extension directory

3- declare the dll in your php.ini

4- restart apache and now with phakt all databases / postgresql 8.2 are presents.

(my config : zend core apache 2.2.x / php 5.2.3 on xp pro)

bye.
