Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

KTML LITE ASp VB
i have a news tool that used ktmllite for the news area, my client informed me that he got the following error message when they tried to add a news item:
Error:
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0126'
Include file not found
\WWWROOT\ADMIN\../ktmllite/includes/ktedit/activex.asp, line 261
The include file 'toolbar.asp' was not found.
end error:
I have looked but cannot find the toolbar.asp file anywhere??
help!!

Hello,
Seems that some files are missing from the server.. I can't tell you why this happens. Have you made any update to the site? You could try to reupload all files from local machine on the server.

I have checked my local file too and its not there, I downloaded updated for my inter AKT stuff recently gould that be the problem?
When I open up my add news item page in dreamweaver the tool bar is visible so it must be picking it up from somewhere?
Help.

You need to re-upload the entire "ktmllite" folder from local machine.

I have uploaded the entire "ktmllite" folder but its still stating that the toolbar file is still missing, I have also checked an older backup and the same file is missing!! how could this happen?
Does anyone have the "toolbar.asp" file that they could send to me please?
